Addison Poe
Executive Director
Addison joined Operation Home in January of 2022. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Business Administration.

Before she came to Operation Home she was working in Botswana as a Peace Corps volunteer. She was placed at a nonprofit focused on advocating for underprivileged youth, most of whom were HIV positive. Addison has experience working with multiple nonprofits all over the world and hopes to bring her experience back to the Lowcountry. She is dedicated to Operation Home’s mission of helping people remain in their homes through increased safety and accessibility.
Kendra Wilson
Director of Community Partnerships & Outreach
Kendra joined Operation Home in September 2023. Kendra’s true passion is making a difference and having an impact on the lives of those less fortunate, and building skills and experience that can help her community.

She began her non-profit career serving as an AmeriCorps Member and Family Navigator. She has served the homeless population as a Housing Navigator at One80 Place and a Community Case Manager at My Sister’s House serving Victims of Domestic Violence and has over 10 years of experience. She is passionate about homelessness prevention, home sustainability, and making sure homes are safe and accessible for all!
Sarah Kerrigan
Director of Philanthropy
Sarah joined Operation Home in March of 2026. She graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a degree in International and Global Studies and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies.

During her time at Sewanee, she was involved with globalbike, a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to transportation and opportunity in rural communities in Tanzania. Prior to joining Operation Home, she worked in marketing and brand management, where she supported organizations in growing their outreach and engagement. She is passionate about helping families across the Tricounty remain safely in the homes and communities they love.
Gabe Sammons
Ramp Construction Manager
Gabe joined Operation Home in 2024 after graduating from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing.

Born and raised in the Lowcountry, he has a deep appreciation for the community and a strong desire to give back to the region he calls home. In the same year, he commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Reserves, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and service. Gabe is motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible difference through his work and is eager to begin his career in a profession centered on service and impact. He is proud to support Operation Home’s mission and looks forward to using his marketing and communication skills to help strengthen community engagement and awareness.
Patrick Hamilton
Director of Construction
Patrick joined Operation Home in August of 2026. He has a background in residential construction and high-end remodeling, with experience managing home improvement projects and coordinating with subcontractors and homeowners.

Prior to joining Operation Home, Patrick operated a residential remodeling business in the Charleston area, where he managed a variety of high-end renovations, repairs, and home improvement projects. His experience allowed him to work directly with homeowners, coordinate skilled trades, and oversee projects from planning through completion. He is passionate about bringing his construction experience to Operation Home and helping families throughout the Tricounty remain safely and comfortably in the homes and communities they love.
Joe Easley
Construction Advisor
Joe was hired in June of 2011 as the in-house Construction Manager for Operation Home. Joe’s responsibility is to scope the project sites and prepare cost estimates, solicit the most cost-effective bids for the work, and supervise the construction for the client.

He also prepares drawings and material lists for handicap ramps and works with volunteer groups to ensure proper construction techniques are utilized. Joe has over 30 years of construction experience – having had his own contracting business for 15 years prior to coming to Operation Home and he also has a Business degree from the College of William and Mary. Joe’s ability to correctly assess the cost of repairs, added with his sincere empathy for the homeowners we serve, makes him an essential staff member.
